Senior Presales Consultant (AR/VR, 3D, Metaverse )
Overview: The akaVerse Senior Presales Consultant is a specialist in VR, AR, 3D, and Metaverse technologies, collaborating with the akaVerse COE team to develop and deliver solutions for clients in both local and international markets. The role involves introducing FPT and akaVerse’s capabilities to high-level clients, understanding their challenges, and proposing tailored solutions.
Job descriptions:
Presales Consultant:
- Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Respond to technical inquiries and explain the capabilities of akaVerse’s service & solutions.
- Develop and present proposals, including technical documentation and diagrams.
- Customize solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
- Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on product features and roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address potential challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests.
- Generate regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and metrics.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal PM to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with internal PM to allocate resources and coordinate project team activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
Requirements:
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT-related fields, Business Administration, or 3D/Game-related fields.
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for presentations. Consulting background or experience in corporate strategy is essential, particularly in problem identification and logic-based solution provision.
- In-depth understanding of technology and broad industry knowledge, enabling effective conversations on IT topics and industry-specific pain points.
- Strong communication skills in local languages and excellent proficiency in English.
Should-have:
- Experience in proposing or consulting on solutions for large corporations.
- Background in sales or pre-sales roles.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest technologies, solutions, and use cases in the VR/AR industries.
