Business Analyst

Job description:

• Meeting with client to understand pain point and provide reliable insight for sale/development team to support with correct solutions 

• Working with delivery team to clear out technical feasibility of the features/request/change request for client proposal 

• Create Project document such as BRD, SRS before project kick off 

• Follow projects to analyze client requests and break down into requirement documents 

• Creating User Stories, Use case, Function List 

• Creating UX Flow, low-fidelity wireframe mockup to give explain with delivery team  

• Support Game Designer to organize GDD 

• Convince/Influence client with final decision-making of the project by collecting data from various sources 

• Working with delivery team to prioritize to change request based on business goal 

Requirement: 

• Bachelors in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Business/Economic 

• Fluent communication in English 

• Can communicate in Japanese is a plus 

• Good understanding about project development cycle of 3D/VR/AR application 

• Familiar with diagraming/wireframe tools like Figma, Draw.io, Balsamiq 

• Organized and Disciplined person 

• Good time management skill 

• Active Team Player and Problem Solver 

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
