Deputy Director of Business Development (Vietnam Market)

Job description:

1. Business Strategy:

• Develop and execute business development strategies tailored for the Vietnam market.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in VR, AR, 3D, and gaming industries.

2. Client and Partner Acquisition:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts for game outsourcing, 3D, and immersive technology projects.

3. Market Expansion:

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including industry events and networking platforms.

• Drive marketing efforts in collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand visibility.

4. Team Leadership:

• Mentor and manage the business development team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with the company’s vision.

5. Reporting and Insights:

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirement: 

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the gaming, or technology industries. 

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing client relationships. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields. 

• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 

• Deep understanding of the Vietnam market and its business culture. 

• Familiarity with 3D technology, game development, and outsourcing processes. 

• Leadership and team management capabilities. 

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory.
