Presales Intern (English)

Job description:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our metaverse products and their functionalities.
• Research and analyze customer needs and challenges to determine if our products are a good fit.
• Assist the pre-sales team with preparing presentations and demos for potential customers.
• Conduct initial technical consultations with potential customers, addressing basic inquiries and qualifying leads.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the metaverse industry.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for customer needs.
• Prepare technical documentation and collateral materials for pre-sales presentations.

Requirement: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in the Faculty of English Language, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in English with IELTS 7.0+, strong verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology concepts, with a particular interest in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and the metaverse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• A passion for learning and a willingness to explore new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
