Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects for Japanese clients, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery in a cross-functional environment.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact between Japanese clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Process Optimization:
Implement and uphold agile methodologies tailored to client-specific requirements.
Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present progress reports, delivery updates, and post-project evaluations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of project milestones, technical details, and lessons learned.
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or AR/VR fields.
Base knowledge and clear understanding of AR/VR technologies. Previous experience in AR/VR projects is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AR/VR development processes and tools.
Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Language Skills:
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher).
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
