Job description:

  1. Project Delivery Management:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects for Japanese clients, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery in a cross-functional environment.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Japanese clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  1. Team Management:
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Implement and uphold agile methodologies tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present progress reports, delivery updates, and post-project evaluations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project milestones, technical details, and lessons learned.

Requirement: 

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  2. Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or AR/VR fields.
  • Base knowledge and clear understanding of AR/VR technologies. Previous experience in AR/VR projects is a plus but not mandatory.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with AR/VR development processes and tools.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools.
  1. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  1. Language Skills:
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
