Job description:

• Working with the team to gather and evaluating user requirements from customers
• Create UX Flow, Wireframe based on function list and user requirements 
• Work closely with art/design/engineering and the UXUI team to create high-quality mock-ups that fit project requirements and technical feasibility 
• Make sure that all finished designs feel great with defined brand guideline 
• Looking for opportunities to grow and learn 

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a UI / UX designer
• Strong communication and collaborative skills across different disciplines 
• Expert knowledge of both Keyboard & Mouse and VR Controller specific design patterns 
• Problem Solver and Critical Thinker 
• Teamwork and Self-discipline 
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop) or other wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io) 
• Ability to create simple animations/interactive prototypes 
• Strong English communication 

Nice to Have Qualifications 

• Passion with video games/gamification 
• Familiar with VR/AR design concept 
• Familiar with Japanese culture 
• Some basic understanding/experience working with Game engine like Unity/Unreal Engine 
• Willing to work in the game engine and implement UI designs and art assets
